West Yavapai Guidance Clinic has been successfully serving our community for 55 years. “It was a concerted effort that took almost a year to develop and included not only the staff, but members of the Board of Directors, our clients and our community. Governance Board of Directors Treasurer Meredith Peabody said the rebranding effort of the clinic was not taken lightly. The promise that this new name embodies is one of constant devotion to deliver more broad-based services focused on holistic care.” The Board of Trustees embraces the concept of Polara Health.
